- Calhoun County EMA development of a Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Policy – Policy was reviewed by three attorneys with only minor changes
- Shelby County AL, All Hazards Mitigation Plan
- Central Alabama Community College Safety Analysis Workshop for schools and Alabama 2 Year Post Secondary College System
- Development of the Master Exercise Practitioners Program for DHS – Participated on a team that developed a three week exercise curriculum and taught the curriculum to over 200 Customs Inspectors and Border Patrol Agents. Awarded a Master Exercise Practitioners (MEP) Certificate and was given an award by the International Association of Emergency Managers as one of the first recipients in the United States of the MEP.
- Provided support to the Healthcare Leadership Course (Noble Training Center/Center for Domestic Preparedness) which is a 4 day exercise based course that starts with a series of tabletop exercises and culminates with two complex functional exercises. Participated in 34 offerings of the course over a three year period.
- In November 2006 – developed, conducted and evaluated a tabletop exercise for Autauga County AL EMA for pandemic flu
- January 2007 – Developed, conducted and evaluated a tabletop exercise followed by a complex functional exercise with a water rescue drill for Marshall County AL EMA
- DHS and CDC: Development and deployment of workshop to implement Incident Command System for Health Departments
- Emergency Operations Plan revision for Lee County
- Emergency Operations Plan revision for Autauga County
- Emergency Operations Plan revision for Shelby County
- Emergency Operations Plan revision for Blount County
